Ranch Taco Chicken
A friend shared this with me so there is no post or “measurements” so to speak:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet of dry ranch mix
1 packet of dry taco seasoning
Chicken bouillon
Water
Put it all in a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve on tortillas or on salad or eat as is!
I will tell you that we did make this – I used 6 chicken breasts, 3 cubes of chicken bouillon and 1 1/2 cups water. As a learning experience, I would use less water.
We served ours burrito style on tortillas and had plenty left over. My friend recommends using a spicier taco seasoning to give it a kick.

Pork Chops
Another recipe from the same friend:
Brown your pork chops and then add the pork chops, two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup, and some water. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
While I don’t do pork chops, this would be good with a thin steak served over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
