Hi there friend!
Growing up in Minnesota, fishing is our jam. Little did I know, my in-laws love fishing too! When I was approached to review Lucky Tackle Box through Social Butterfly Co.; I jumped at the chance.
I don’t do much fishing anymore and hubby doesn’t get out as much as he would like, but I knew it would make a great gift for my father in law – and I was right!

Our Lucky Tackle Box
Bass Fishing Lucky Tackle Box
Lucy Bug Zombie Maxx (www.luckybuglures.com) – The Zombie Maxx is a slow-falling, 9 jointed swimbait that works best when fished on a 7’0-7’6 medium-heavy action baitcasting rod with moderate-fast tip.
Bass Munitions Centipede (which I have to admit looked a little creepy!) – The Bass Munitions Centipede is a highly versatile creature-style bait that can be rigged multiple ways effectively.
Gary Yamamoto 7.75″ Kut Tail Worm (www.baits.com) – A big worm for those BIG bites, the Yamamoto 7.75″ Kut Tail Worm is a fantastic choice for flipping and pitching around any cover.
Johnson Slama Spoons 3/4oz (www.johnsonfishing.com) – Spoons are some of the most under-utilized and most effective baits for bass on the market.
Mustad Impact Spring Keeper Hook (www.mustad-americas.com) – The Mustad Keeper Hook is ideal for multiple presentations and comes equipped with a spring keeper to fix your plastic trailers (such as swimbaits) to the hook.
Along with the baits, we received the Fishhound magazine, Lucky Tackle Box sticker, and a sheet that describes what each item is along with where we can purchase more if we decide we like them and want more!
Being the non-fishing connoisseur that I am; this box was perfect to gift to my father in law. It gave a variety of items and since I am not knowledgeable in the tackle industry; Lucky Tackle Box did it for me and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with how it all turned out.
My father in law enjoyed his gift and we were able to give him something different as a holiday gift (you can only gift a man so many bobbers in his life!)
Let me know if you try one! I would love to hear what you think about it!
