I cannot believe that 2 months ago today, at 8:43am, Lil Miss was born! I cannot believe she has already been with us for 2 months! Where has the time gone!?

What We Have Learned:

I have learned that I am still guilty and questioning my decision to not nurse. (I will explain it all in another post, but I am not nursing and please do not make me feel any worse about it than I already do.)

We have learned that as even new cloth diapering parents, we definitely have preferences. We have found that we prefer cloth diapers that have the double openings as well as double gusset. We have also learned we prefer charcoal inserts versus microfiber inserts.

We have learned that Lil Miss is definitely her own being. She isn’t like her sister, but isn’t like her brother. She is like her. (The same goes for appearance so far!)

We have learned that we really were taking sleep for granted prior to her arrival because sleep is hard to come by these days!

We have all learned as a family to love another human being more than any of us thought (for the kids, remembered for me) we could love another human being. There is nothing like that new love for another human being and while I love all three of my kids and would move the Earth for them, I forgot what it was like to fall in love all over again with another being. And her brother and sister absolutely adore her and she them.

Lil Miss is coo-ing or telling stories as I like to call it. She has many angels who keep her company through the day and she loves to tell them secrets.

She is smiling so much more lately and it melts your heart.

We couldn’t be happier with our new family of 5, I just wish time would slow down!
