I thought acne was for teenagers- boy was I wrong! I get what I like to call “mommy acne”. And I hate it because I have sensitive skin so I have to be very careful of what I use on my face so I was a little nervous when I received the

I received the package and in my eyes, I saw a little machine that was supposed to “zap” away these dang zits and pimples that only get worse with stress (which we mommies never have, right!?) I was really worried that something was going to literally zap me or sting me or something. Honestly, you would have that this thing was alive the way I was handling it! (Even though it really doesn’t look all that evil!)

The instructions were right on the box, but I swear I had a blonde moment and was really over thinking the situation. It really was super easy to use!

All of my acne comes in along the jaw line and around the chin. (I blame it on leaning my head on my hands and too much phone time!) I had a couple new ones come in so I took my little device (I got a black one, but the packaging shows a pink one and a blue one!) pressed the button, then released. The little green light came on to let me know that it was on. I picked my victim, and pressed the machine (when I say machine, I really mean the nifty little hand held device that is the perfect size for the job!) to my victim. The CLAROL Acne Clearing device beeped twice letting me know the skin detectors detected my face, pressed the button again and the treatment began with 10 red flashes. When the 10 flashes were completed, treatment on victim #1 was done. It was really that easy!

I had no pain. No sensitivity. I noticed that after a couple of hours one victim was already gone and another victim (yes, the victims are my pimples) was significantly lessened. The following day, it was gone! I was so ecstatic! My face did not break out, it didn’t get red, I had no side effects (there may be some if you have sensitive skin). I am so excited about this I am thinking about sending one to my sister who has chronic acne issues.

This device is so handy, (kind of cute), easy to use, and perfectly sized!
