One of my main goals for the year was to be more healthy.
While my healthy may not be the same as your healthy – I had specific “goals”, per se, to get healthier.

My get healthy goals:
Eat more meals. Every day.
I have a really bad habit of eating only once or twice a day rather than three meals (or 5-6 small snacks throughout the day.) It has wreaked havoc on my metabolism and my weight loss.
Eat healthier.
In addition to eating more meals, I need to eat healthier. Reduce the soda, increase the water, more produce, less processed foods.
Be more active.
Since I work from home, I am not nearly as active. I want to get out and be more active. Walk at least 30 minutes a day – whether outdoors at home or indoors at the mall. I want to play ball again and just all around be more active.
Lose weight.
Which I know will come with all of the above, but at the same time; using a safe supplement can be helpful.
I used
which is made to help increase metabolism and help burn fat. It helps give me that extra boost to help get rid of weight I am carrying while pairing it with all of the above.
I am not a medical doctor, but I feel pretty safe telling you that it is not a quick overnight fix. (In fact, I feel pretty confident telling you that anything that requires work will not have a quick overnight solution no matter how hard you find.) However, when I paired the
with eating more small meals, eating healthier meals, and being more active; I noticed that little bump in help to get me over my slump. (Hubby is currently in a slump and I feel confident providing these to him to help him restart his weight loss journey again.)
Reduce my medication.
I am down to just two medications – one in the morning to help me get motivated and stay awake during the day and one at night for my anxiety/depression.
When I saw the
and read what it can do –
A unique blend designed to help you stay calm and relaxed during stressful situations
– I knew I had to try it. (I think I actually begged Brilliant Ways to let me try it with the Raspberry Ketones!)
My anxiety is tricky and some days is worse than others. I never know what will trigger it, when, how bad, etc. but I did notice a difference between the days/times I would take the InstaZen versus days that I didn’t. To me, that’s a big deal and a step for me in the right track to reducing my prescription meication.
Both supplements worked well. I did feel a little nauseous the first couple of days, but I’m not sure if it was my body adjusting to the supplements or something else altogether. After a few days, I didn’t notice any side effects.
Honestly, I have not done as well on my goals as I would like to. I have great days, great weeks, and not so good days and not so good weeks. My goal is to continue taking the
supplements and jump back on the bandwagon with hubby (who mind you has lost 20+ pounds since being diagnosed with diabetes in January) and get serious about my goals.
If you are interested in trying the Brilliant Ways Raspberry Ketones or the InstaZen (or their other products), you can get 25% off with coupon code lifeasleels
