With summer upon us, I hope to get outdoors as often as I can with the kids; making memories and having fun!

This summer, I plan on bringing along our new Grand Trunk Parasheet to keep our booties off the ground (which is a good thing considering the bestie is a germaphobe!)

The Grand Trunk Parasheet is a an easy to use, easy to transport, easy to pack, light weight blanket made of super-durable parachute nylon.

It is quick drying – great for the beach (or the spilled drinks) – mildew resistant, and machine washable! Plus, it’s large enough that we all fit on it and it was easy to clean off – just pick it up and shake it out!

A super neat bonus feature of the Grand Trunk Parasheet are the stake down loops and the sand pockets to prevent the pesky wind from blowing away your blanket (and belongings!)

Unfortunately, it does not come with the stakes for the stake down loops; they need to be purchased separately. But the sand pockets work great for the beach and we found that it stretched the blanket out even nicer once it was weighed down so getting stakes are on our to-do list!

We had a great time using our parasheet at the beach and at the park for the picnic and I know this will come in handy a ton this summer!

It is great for the beach, will work on the boat when we go fishing, will work to lay down in the trunk at the drive in movie theater, and will definitely be great for our little friends who aren’t walkers to play with while outdoors!

It is compact and takes up no space in the trunk and fits nicely in our diaper bag and our beach bag. I gaurantee this parasheet will get a lot of use this summer!
