Try Something New with Madision Reed
Every once in awhile, I like to change up my look. Who doesn’t? Being the same old me all the time gets boring, so I like to change things up and try something new!
This month, I decided to try something new and went from a blonde to a red head with
hair color.
The process to purchase “the new me” was very easy (and painless!)
When you go to the website, you can either shop right away to pick a color, or you can walk through their stylist questions to get to their best picks for you.
I skipped the stylist process and went straight to the colors. I have died my hair a dark auburn before so I was leaning that way, but hubby and the kids had another idea. They wanted red so
it was!
The hair color kit came neatly packaged in this little book like package and has everything you need for ease of use.
The box contained two pairs of glove, a hair cap, cream to put on your skin to prevent the dye from staining your head, a wipey to clean up any dye that did happen to get on your skin, the color tube, the dye bottle, and a decent size shampoo and conditioner. The contents don’t even compare to a normal box of hair color from the store (and I was pleasantly surprised by that!)
I will say, I feel the price tag of $24.95 is a little steep, BUT, I feel confident spending that much for a few reasons…
A. Look at the contents of the box. Do you remember the last time you bought hair color at the store? You get a pair of plastic gloves that don’t fit, the color tube, the dye bottle, and one of those squeeze packets of shampoo and conditioner that last 2-3 washes if you’re lucky.
B. The color turned out fabulous!
C. After two weeks, it still looks great (whereas it would usually be faded at this point in time).
Forgive the photobomb:
Whether it is you that wants to try something different or the lady in your life, you can get a
and start the process!
Tell me, what color would you dye your hair (or do you dye your hair currently)?
