My Review

Oh how I have missed the Bayside crew of Melissa’s writings!! There is just something about the bayside, the characters, the camaraderie… I just get all giddy and happy thinking about it!

Bayside reminds me of home (the water, the docks, the pond) and makes me yearn to be at a beach! But on to the story…

Gavin and Harper… oh my! Since it’s already been spoiled – Harper is preparing to uproot her normal life and make a big move across country to fulfill her dream as a screenwriter. Before her big change, she tries to make her own change by doing something she would never do; have a one night stand.

FATE (yes, fate) brings her and her one night stand together and if he is not the dreamiest man in the world; I don’t know who is! I really think Gavin tops all the Melissa Foster men (and that’s saying a lot because I have never found a Melissa Foster man I did not like!)

Gavin was kind, gentle, thoughtful, caring – the perfect man. He was so gentle and patient with Harper while she went through her own thing.

I loved Gavin and Harper’s romance story and look forward to hearing about them in the future (the joy of Melissa’s books!)
