As moms, we sometimes get busy and forget to take care of ourselves. We don’t need to do anything fancy, but sometimes a Moms Night Out (or in) is all we need to recharge our batteries!

When I have mom’s night out, I like to keep it simple and quiet. I like to chit chat and catch up. For me, I’d prefer something like…

Going to dinner,

Getting a couple cocktails, or

Manis and pedis.

If you prefer not much talking, you can always…

Go to the movies,

Go to a comedy club,

Take a pole dancing lesson,

Go dancing, or

Take a cooking class.

If you prefer a mixture of fun and chit chat, you could…

Go bowling,

Attend one of those wine and paint classes,

Take a cooking class, or

Do karaoke.

I would, however, recommend staying away from restaurants with managers who are called visionaries and are worried you will mess up the restaurant’s aura; tattoo parlors with men who are wanted by the law; high speed car chases; or jail (just saying).

With all those choices, maybe you would just like to stay in and have mom’s night in? That can always be fun too!

You could have a craft night,

Host a spa night,

Host a game night,

Have a wine tasting get together,

Drink coffee and chit chat,

Or host a movie night in which case I highly recommend making some snacks, getting some drinks, and watching Moms’ Night Out!
