My family is a big appetizer family – both my immediate family and my extended family.

There are some nights for dinner that we proclaim appetizer night and just make appetizers for dinner.

For holidays, we always have appetizers. Sometimes that is all we’ll have. Sometimes we add another meal (such as my favorite chili).
