A few weeks ago, Buddy and I were watching television when a commercial came on and they made banana ice cream!

Buddy loves bananas so he was all over this (and so was I when I saw how easy it was!)

All you need are:

Bananas

Seriously – one ingredient!

You of course need something to store it in. We stores ours in a zip lock baggy and it worked just fine.

To make the banana ice cream, cut the banana into pieces and place in the zip lock bag. Smoosh your banana to your liking and then place in the fridge. After it is frozen – enjoy.

We did ours a little different. Buddy is weird about textures (me too!) so we put our banana pieces into the food processor and made it very smooth. We placed ours into the freezer for a couple of days and then were able to break it into pieces for them to eat. (No chunks so Buddy was happy!)

This would also be great to thaw and feed Lil Miss or to let thaw, add some yogurt and have a smoothie even!
