I have very sensitive skin so it’s no wonder that my kids have sensitive skin as well. The kids aren’t as sensitive as I am – I tend to break out if I use the wrong lotion or the wrong facial cleanser. I have noticed that Buddy has sensitive skin as well and well, I just haven’t dared try too much on Baby Girl just yet.

I had heard wonderful things about
from a friend who has used their Bébé formula – which has been reformulated to incorporate a next generation protective incgredient, Avocado Perseose ®, that is exclusive to Mustela. This generation is Generation Mustela.

Since I had never used Mustela myself, I got to try out a few of their items:

HydraBebe Body Lotion

I haven’t used this on the baby just yet. I have to admit, I am not a big lotion fan. I do not like greasy lotions for starters and I tend to break out from lotions. I said before – very sensitive skin. The idea of putting on myself or letting it touch me to touch someone else is not my idea of a good time.

I found this lotion to be slightly greasy, but only for the first few seconds of putting it on. I did notice a small part break out, but it was much less than a normal lotion.

The thing I really liked about this lotion was that it kept my hands soft and smooth for a long time – something I value because I usually have really dry, cracked skin – especially in the winter so this will be perfect!

Facial Cleansing Cloths

These were by far my favorite thing to try.

I am always seeking quick solutions to cleaning faces at bedtime and these worked perfect for not only cleaning baby up before bed (because someone may have snuck her some chocolate milk before bed) but they are perfect for me too!

They come in a neat small package too so they are easy to carry with in your purse or diaper bag without consuming too much space. Perfect for cleaning on the go!

2 in 1 Hair and Body Wash

We used this for Baby Girl. I have to admit, the smell isn’t the greatest smell, but it grew on me and is now one of my favorite smells of Baby Girl!

This 2 in 1 hair and body wash works fabulously, lathers great, doesn’t make her skin break out, and makes her smell like a baby!

We received two other products that we haven’t used yet – the
and the Stretch Marks Care Oil.

Buddy tends to get extremely chapped lips all around his mouth from excessive licking so I have been saving the Hydra Stick for that exact purpose. It is painful to look at when he does it and I am certain the Hydra Stick will clear it up perfectly.

As for the stretch mark care oil… I think I’m beyond care! (Honestly, I just haven’t had a change to try it out just yet, but will be soon!)
