Frozen Yogurt Granola Bars
Being a
ambassador, I get coupons for free yogurt every month. In addition to my free yogurt, this month I also got some
Pumpkin Flax Granola and some Nature’s Path Qia.
If it was just me in the house, I would have no issue pouring either of those right into my yogurt and being good to go, but since I have 3 kids… 3 picky kids I might add; that wasn’t going to work for them. I had to get creative… Frozen Yogurt Granola Bars. Boom.
So simple. So easy. Two ingredients. Whipped them up in a matter of minutes and stuck them in the freezer.
I love Stonyfield’s Strawberry Greek yogurt so I had hubby pick that up from Whole Foods. I tell you Whole Foods because no matter how many times we ask our Fry’s and check for it, they never carry the tubs of Greek yogurt. We always find it, no problem, at Whole Foods.
Honest to goodness, this is how easy this was.
I poured some yogurt in a bowl and then poured in the pumpkin flax granola from Nature’s Path. The pumpkin flax granola didn’t have chia seeds to I added some to it. Not necessary, but I like the added benefit.
I mixed it up, poured it into a pan, stuck it in the freezer.
I poured some more yogurt in the bowl, poured in the Qia, mixed it up, poured it into the pan, stuck it in the freezer.
The remaining yogurt, granola, and qia are mixed together in my fridge for me, but the kids get to enjoy their frozen yogurt granola bars for snack.
No time to make. Little mess. Easy grab and go snack for the kids.
