Oye. I have a few pet peeves, but I think my biggest pet peeve is people who talk to me like I am dumb or less superior to them.

You know, those people who will explain something to you, detail by detail like you don’t understand what they are saying?

Or they talk down to you like they are so much more intelligent and better than you?

I. Hate. That.

Hate is an actual understatement.

The fastest way to lose communication, friendships, etc. with me is to talk to me like I’m dumb or talk down to me. I will lose all respect for you and never want anything to do with you again.

I can’t stand it.
