Keeping Cool in Triple Digit Heat with Meeno Babies Cool Mee Car Seat Liner
Summer in Arizona is hot. Too hot. Triple digit heat hot.
Unfortunately for all three of my kids, they take after Daddy and run hot. So hot children + Arizona triple digit heat + a car seat make for a very comfortable, overheated, sweaty baby.
No joke. Just the few minute drive it would take to pick up Buggy from school, Lil Miss would come home all red in the face with a back soaked in sweat.
As any mommy would do, I went on a search to find something to help keep her cooler and ran across
Cool Mee Car Seat Liner.
The Cool Mee Car Seat Liner is made from a 3-ply poly-mesh material that allows airflow between baby’s body and the car seat. The warm air escapes to prevent overheating and sweating to keep baby cool and comfortable.
The Cool Mee comes in three sizes – bucket seat, car seat and stroller – and five colors – pink, blue, sand, black and silver.
Lil Miss is only 4 months old so we got the pink (duh!) bucket seat cooler.
It was super easy to put in.
You lay the car seat cooler into the car seat, pull the between the legs lock through the slat and voila! To keep it in place, you place the accompanied velcro onto the top, back of the car seat so that the velcro at the head of the car seat liner attaches and stays in place.
Super easy, no fuss.
And it looks super cute in her car seat and she didn’t notice it at all!
Since putting the car seat liner into her seat, I have noticed a difference. I can’t say huge difference because it is Arizona triple digit heat after all – I don’t think there is anything to keep someone cooler in this heat. But…
She doesn’t come home all red faced even after being in the car for long periods of time.
Her back is damp, but not nearly as soaked as it was prior to the Meeno Babies Cool Mee Car Seat Liner.
She doesn’t feel overheated like before.
Overall, I think Lil Miss would agree that the key to keeping baby happy in triple digit heat is a Meeno Babies Cool Mee Car Seat Liner!
