I am not perfect. By no means am I perfect, but I like to think I have decent grammar and am pretty proficient at spelling (and when my spelling is wrong, spell check let’s me know to correct it!)

I just got done reading a blog post from a blog that I will not name (I’m not cold hearted) and am in disgust that a blogger can be that horrible with grammar and spelling! I mean, really? The spelling was so off. The grammar was not there. Half of the blog did not make sense. It is kind of embarrassing to fellow bloggers when your post is that full of mistakes that it barely makes sense! And to be honest, I do not think it would bother me so much if this blogger did not advertise themselves as a blogger and “threaten” a situation with their being a blogger. I am sorry, but how can someone take your threat seriously when your post is unreadable? That does not make you credible if we cannot understand what you write!

I am sorry. Spelling and grammar are a pet peeve of mine. Blogging is a passion for me and is like a job for me. When someone makes a joke out of something that so many people take seriously, I get defensive. So please, do us a favor and at least blog in a readable language and at least utilize spell check for the sake of the readers!
