I am beyond fired!
I feel like the last month or so have just been completely out of control for me.
Life has been complete chaos and I feel it.
July 15th I started my ProSkins 28 Day Challenge. (You can see my initial post and measurements
.)
It has been 3 weeks since then! (I know, I’m fired. I already said that!)
I have been spiraling in utter chaos and forget to share my progress! So… here is my 3 week progress:
Hips:
58 inches (loss of 1.25 inches)
Top of Thigh:
28 inches (loss of 2.25 inches)
Widest Part of Thigh:
25.75 inches (loss of 0.25 inches)
Above Knee:
17.75 inches (loss of 2.5 inches)
Below Knee:
17 inches (loss of 0.25 inches)
Widest Part of Calf:
19 inches (no loss)
I have to say, I haven’t been doing anything different than my normal routine (aside from stressing out like mad!). I haven’t changed my eating habits (I really don’t have time for that right now so I’m lucky when breakfast is at 2pm, lunch is 5pm and dinner is 7pm!) I haven’t been exercising any more than usual (at least I don’t think so…)
No real changes to my lifestyle aside from the ProSkins leggings!
