Recipe: Bubble Up Enchiladas

I came across this great new blog
who has fabulous recipes! I found this one from there, tweaked it to my liking (she had a Weight Watchers version) and ta-da! A fabulous, delicious dinner!
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1- 10 ounce can of enchilada sauce
1- 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 can refrigerator biscuits
Shredded cheese (we used colby jack)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray a 9×13 with a non-stick cooking spray.
Brown turkey in large skillet. Drain if needed.
Add enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
Cut biscuits into fourths.
Add biscuits to the meat/tomato sauce/enchilada sauce mix.
Pour mixture into greased pan.
Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top (as much as your liking).
Cook for 10 minutes.
We served ours with sour cream… it was DELICIOUS! So yummy! Hope you like it as much as we did!
