Review: Weight Loss from Inside Out

Review: Weight Loss from Inside Out

I am just like millions of other people who made a New Year’s resolution of losing weight in 2012, so, I am looking for different ways to lose the weight. I am not going to lie. I struggle with losing weight. And upon reading Weight Loss from Inside Out, I know a lot of my struggles are mental.

The author of Weight Loss from Inside Out holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and is certified in Reality Therapy and Choice Theory. She uses her education to approach weight loss in a way that a) I have never seen before and b) I would never have thought of on my own!

Weight Loss from Inside Out is a 12 week program that concentrates on your mental processes and thoughts. Each week there is a new lesson and activity to complete that takes a look at your self, your thoughts, your wants, etc. It is a matter of working on your mental thought process. (Personally, I think a lot of this book can be used for more than just weight loss.)

Weight Loss from Inside Out really does a great job of explaining everything, walking you through the weekly activities and having you take a look deeper into yourself to make realistic choices.

I highly recommend that whether you are looking to lose weight or have other personal goals, that you check out Weight Loss from Inside Out. It provides a whole other perspective and gives you a new view of yourself and your thought process. If you take the time to follow the 12 week course provided (and I recommend getting the workbook with it as I was not provided this, but think it could have helped), you will find yourself looking at yourself differently and I believe, reaching your goals!
