Snacks to Keep You Moving

As a busy parent, we don’t always have time (or remember) to sit down and eat a healthy lunch.

I know for me, that usually results in me starving by late afternoon, but not quite dinner time; or I find myself crashing in the early afternoon.

Fortunately, I am all about snacks to keep you moving.

– Granola bars

– Protein bars

– Fruit bars

– Cottage cheese

– Pretzels

– Peanut butter sandwich

is Greek yogurt with whole grain oats, flax & pumpkin seeds and delicious fruit mixed right in.

It keeps you going to have a truly plentiful day and is gluten free!

I have to tell you. I am incredibly picky when it come to my yogurt. I have a texture issue and I am all around a picky person. I can count on less than one hand the kinds of yogurts I like and I was incredibly worried about trying Plenti Yogurt.

I was most concerned that there would be fruit in the yogurt (which is a big no-no for me.)

Fortunately, I didn’t taste any chunks of food. I did takes the chunks of seeds which was a little weird, but did not turn me off.

In fact, I’m a little upset that we only bought two (especially since my 2 year old just ran off with my raspberry!)

is most definitely something I will be purchasing more of to keep on hand at home and at my office for a pick me up!
