There is no doubt that any parent doesn’t feel like they aren’t running a marathon day in and day out with everything we have to do in any given day and I am no exception.
Between three kids, working part time outside the home, being a blogger, as well as various other “jobs” that are on my plate, I feel like I run a daily marathon just to keep up with my… 6 to-do lists!
Luckily, I have found that Stonyfield Greek helps make the marathon of life a bit easier!
With being so busy, I have a tendency to forget to eat meals; usually breakfast and lunch because the big kids are at school so there isn’t anyone to eat with or remind me that it’s meal time (Baby Girl snacks all day long so she doesn’t count yet!)
Now that I have stocked up on Stonyfield Greek yogurt, I grab a yogurt cup while filling a bottle to get in my meals and top off my fuel for the day.
Stonyfield Greek has 80 calories and 0 grams of fat. It’s higher in protein than the meal replacement shakes I was doing previously (as well as lower in calories) and come in a variety of flavors!
I love vanilla to go with my fruits (dipping apples in it is my favorite) and just eating plain; or using plain Stonyfield Greek to put in the blender to mix with my smoothies! My sister in law loves taking strawberry flavored Stonyfield Greek and mixing it with fruit to make a fruit salad (a favorite of mine!)
I love that Stonyfield Greek makes for an easy meal for me while I’m battling my day and it’s not full of unhealthy ingredients that leave me groggy as the day goes on!
