As a mom, blogger, and person in general, I have a few must-have apps that I cannot live without.

And of course, I have an Android where some of the “best” apps aren’t available, but I definitely have my list of must have, can’t live without apps!

Facebook.

I mean really. Is there anyone out there who can live without Facebook? (Don’t answer that.)

I cannot be glued to my desktop 24/7 so being able to check in on my phone whether it be someone messaging me, following up with family 1700 miles away, or just checking my news feed to see what’s new. I love having Facebook right at the tip of my fingertips.

Google Plus.

I have been trying to get more active on my G+ profile so I like to check in there at least once a day to see what’s going on, chat with others, follow new people and share some great finds!

If you are on G+, you can follow me over there too. If you aren’t and you are a blogger, you better catch up! If you are not a blogger, it’s not necessary, but it’s fun. It is similar to Facebook and I enjoy meeting new people over there.

Instagram.

I love seeing people I socialize with online. I love seeing their photos. It is a great place to take part in photo-a-day challenges, to meet new people, and to see how others see the world. It really is just a fun place and a must have app for me.

Michaels

. If you shop at Michael’s – this app is a must. If you like to craft and have a Michael’s – this app is a must. Let me tell you why.

Michael’s always has awesome coupons and I of course always forget to print them off. If you have the app, you can pull up the coupon right at the register and they scan it from your phone. Need a craft idea? The app has ideas and your shopping list so you can pull it up while you shop. A definite must have app!

Pinterest.

I don’t spend a lot of time on Pinterest. Honestly. I have heard the horror stories of people getting sucked in for hours so I stayed clear. But, I want to increase my following. So I cleaned up my own boards, re-evaluated my Pinterest, and have decided to pay more attention to my Pinterest by pinning for me (and my followers). I’m also hoping to put more recipes to use this year!

I’ll tell you – I do not pay for apps. Except this one.

I had seen what this app could produce and I wanted it. I had to have it. Unfortunately, when I first laid eyes on it, it wasn’t available for Android, but the second I heard it was, I hit the ‘buy it’ button faster than you could say “it costs”.

Rhonna Designs is a picture “editing” app for lack of better words. I can add my watermark to my pictures. I can change the filters. I can crop. I can add cute little sayings, pic art, etc. to my pictures. A definite must have!

SoundHound.

Have you ever been in the car and heard a song but could not figure out who sings it? I hate when that happens. Until someone told me about SoundHound. I don’t know how I lived without this app!

When the song is playing, open the app, hit the listen button, it listens to your radio and then tells you who sings it. It even gives me the album, where I can buy it and sometimes I even get lyrics (do not read and sing the lyrics while driving – that can be dangerous!) I absolutely love this app!

Twitter.

Secretly? I like the Twitter app better than online Twitter. I find it much easier and faster to tweet, share and follow people. I love going out and tweeting and sharing. I love showing my support for local business using Twitter. Having a mobile Twitter is mine and hubby’s fave thing – especially at a baseball game when you get your pic on the jumbo tron!

Walgreens.

I cannot live without my Walgreens app. I love being able to scan our prescriptions for refills and picking them up. It’s so easy. And I always know how many member reward points I have – it’s at the touch of my fingers.

My reward member card (because I can never remember where I put cards or the phone numbers linked to them)? In the app!
