I have lost a total of 7.5 pounds overall, but I’ve been stuck for the past week-ish.
I started the program following program A and eating 1219 calories. After some discussion among friends, I moved to program B and increased my caloric intake to 1590 – which is what I’ve been consuming for a little over a week.
I have not lost any weight so after talking with my sister in law and having more discussions among friends, I have increased my caloric intake once again. I am now eating an 1880 diet. We will see how that goes.
It is still a learning phase. I’m trying to figure out what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, etc.
I’m getting in 2-3 days a week of exercise. I did massive exercise this past weekend. Saturday I went swimming for an hour. Sunday I got up and walked 2 hours and then swam for 2 hours and 20 minutes. I burned some massive calories!
I haven’t seen much inch loss either. Then again, I am a few days before the start of “my time of the month” so I can see that I am bloated and tried doing “unofficial” measurements. Tip: Do not do measurements right before your period. Talk about massive unmotivation and depression!
Two weeks down and 22 left to go!
