My 2015 Health Goals
Disclosure: I received coupons for free products in exchange for this post. All opinions are 100% my own.
I stopped making resolutions a few years ago and started making goals.
Every year, I make a few of the same goals – eat healthy and get more active.
This year is no different in regards to goals, but, I have decided to put my health goals at the top of my ‘must do’ list.
My 2015 Health Goals
1. Eat breakfast.
I am the worst person at eating breakfast. I don’t remember the last time I did. To make breakfast easier, I am stocking up on some of my favorites…
yogurt (vanilla and strawberry are my personal favorites) with granola
Apples to dip with my Stonyfield yogurt
Frozen berries to make smoothies using Stonyfield yogurt (you can even toss some veggies like spinach or kale into the mix too!)
2. Eat a healthier lunch.
Not only is it bad enough that I don’t eat breakfast, I tend to eat unhealthy lunches or no lunch at all.
I need to prepare a healthy lunch the night before…
A salad
Fruit salad with S
Fruits
Vegetables
3. Make more dinners at home.
We have a bad habit of eating out or picking up fast food. My goal is to eat in home (home cooked) more often.
4. Exercise daily.
I don’t always have time to do a massive workout, but there is no reason why the kids and I can’t go for a walk daily or I can’t turn on my favorite YouTube fitness video and get my exercise on!
