What OPSACC Does {Childhood Cancer Awareness Month}
I vowed at the end of August that every day for September, I would share a post about Childhood Cancer Awareness. And I have kept up with that.
I have shared facts. I have shared numbers. I have shared about the children affected.
Today, I want to show you a little piece into what your donations do for the kids that are affected.
I am going to use
as my example because I happen to have inside access to that particular organization. (That link is to their facebook page so please feel free to like them or take a look at the cuties in waiting or cuties who have been sent their basket of hope.)
This is Mia:
Mia is one of OPSACC’s Cancer Cuties and Courageous Kids.
With the help of donations – products and or monetary – OPSACC was able to send Mia and her family baskets of hope. Mia’s basket was filled with goodies that lit up her face! Her little brother was provided items along with her mommy and daddy.
OPSACC provides cancer cuties and courageous children baskets of hope and support to bring a little bit of light into the dark times they are enduring.
That light is helped brought to those families by donations that people like you and I provide.
This is just one organization!
There are many organizations, foundations, and hospitals that need donations to help make a difference in these children’s lives. No amount is too big or too small when it means a smile on a little one’s face.
Today, I share other organizations like OPSACC who provide for the children and the families with your help:
